Established in 1998 in V.K.I. Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan, Sagar Industries is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified manufacturer of transmission and distribution conductors (AAC, AAAC, ACSR and AL-59), aerial bunched cables, and XLPE/PVC armoured and unarmoured power cables.
Our processes span insulation, screening, cable laying, inner sheathing, armouring, outer sheathing, final testing and packaging. We oversee every stage — from raw-material procurement to dispatch — to meet each customer’s requirements.
Today Sagar is a partner of choice for government utilities, infrastructure projects and private enterprises.

Our journey

1995
Business roots: small machine manufacturing for transformer industries.
1998
Sagar Industries established in V.K.I. Area, Jaipur; expansion into machines for cables and conductors.
2004
Entered aluminium bare-wire and paper-covered winding-wire manufacturing.
2006
Introduced super-enamelled winding wire for the transformer industry.
2007
Commenced conductor manufacturing for state utilities.
2012
Expanded capacity; began supplying winding wire to state government utilities.
2016
Started LV cables, including aerial bunched and LV power cables.
2021
Plant expansion for aerial bunched cables, power cables and HPC conductors.
2025
Reengus expansion for HV power cables and MVCC conductors.
1995 marks the business roots; 1998 marks the establishment of Sagar Industries. The 2025 Reengus milestone refers to the expansion programme; commissioning status to be confirmed.
